What Are 2RM Associates Giving Thanks for This Year?

Our agency culture and high caliber of work would not be possible without each of our associates. While they are regularly recognized through peer-to-peer kudos and quarterly awards, we take a full week each November to show appreciation for everything our associates do for the agency, our clients, and each other.

Associate Appreciation and Thankfulness

This year, we provided sweet treats and multiple meals, hosted social events, gifted company swag, and more. With appreciation in the air, our associates also decided to show some gratitude by sharing what they’re thankful for. Here are some highlights:

Zach Keller – Faith, family, and friends. And tons of smaller joys like coffee, barbecues, green grass, clean laundry, and new shoes.

Hope Wilson – A great first year at 2RM, new and longtime friends, my two crazy puppies, and lots of love and support as my wedding countdown begins!

Nestor Barrera – My family — who is always with me no matter the distance. My husband for being a great partner in life. And 2RM for being a place where you can be yourself and work with amazing associates.

Josh Hafner – I'm thankful for the health of my daughter, my parents, and my grandparents. And for Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes!

Liz Warner – A job that allows me to learn and grow while encouraging time off to spend with family. Also, my dogs!

Caryn Lee Meeks – My growing family, health, and happiness!

Anna VandeVenter – A smart, collaborative and supportive agency community to work with and learn from every single day — and a job that allows me to spend time with my loved ones.

Jade Myers – My family, friends, cats, and health. And getting to spend my days at a job that is positive, encouraging, motivating, and receptive to associates’ needs and goals!

Liz Smith – French bulldog snorts, cooking for family and friends, and office chit chats.

Patrick Baker – The three Fs: family, friends, and fabulous coworkers! And cheesecake. Mmm … cheesecake.
