Over our 23-year history, Two Rivers Marketing has been no stranger to change. Every significant change we’ve encountered through the years has presented challenges and opportunities. Our agency's ability to adapt quickly allowed us to not just survive but to thrive during these transitions. And one thing that has remained constant is a steadfast focus on our associates and our clients. 

To continue our growth, we must evolve. Because we have always recognized the need for change and evolution to stay ahead of the curve, we are again embracing this moment of proactive change. This year we kicked off an exciting long-range plan to help position our agency — and our clients — for future success.

An ambitious long-range plan

Our goals include significant growth over the coming years. To do that, we must evolve our mindset, our structure, and our way of working — while building on our track record of success. We're excited to navigate the future with the same entrepreneurial spirit we’ve embraced for the past 23 years.

Two Rivers Marketing is organized around three simple principles, which are reflected in our evolving structure:

  • Client experience – To continue to enhance and improve the client experience, we will demonstrate our value as an agency partner every day through our communications, strategic thinking, and integrated work. We are focused on partnering with our clients to drive tangible outcomes for their business.

  • Collaboration – The changing buying behavior in the B2B sales cycle underscores the importance for seamless, integrated communication across marketing channels. Our commitment to delivering integrated work more efficiently and effectively will strengthen our partnerships and enable us to help our clients grow.

  • Growth mindset – We will pursue growth in a way we haven’t before. At its core, this principle is about doing great work. When we do amazing things, we all benefit from it. For us, growth is not just measured by profit, the number of associates, or new clients. It is about all of us developing, learning, and advancing personally and professionally. When we learn, grow, and develop as an agency, so do our clients.

Our agency structure must undergo some changes to support these three principles and our planned growth. To fulfill our commitment to providing exceptional client experiences, delivering outstanding integrated work, and growing as an agency, we recently announced several role changes within our agency leadership to set the foundation for our future.

While our plans are ambitious, our core values remain: prioritizing strong client relationships and a commitment to helping our associates grow and succeed. These elements will stay at the heart of our work.
