There are around 53.5 million millennials in the workforce today. The Pew Research Center defines millennials as individuals born between 1981 and 1997. Somehow, with a generation of people spanning in age from 19 to 35, they’re all lumped together as tech-savvy, money-hungry youths who value free time above all else. There are plenty of articles that list the possible downsides of working with millennials, but here at Two Rivers Marketing, we think differently.
